Coaching is focused on the future. An effective coach will help you ask good questions of yourself to help you think through the issue you want to deal with. In coaching, we acknowledge your past and the ways it might be blocking where you want to go, but we do not process or unpack the past like we do in counseling. Coaching is future-oriented, growth-oriented, and reflection-oriented. Coaching is right for you if you are looking for guidance, support, motivation, and thoughtful questions to help you move forward in life. 

As your coach, I will work with you for a defined amount of time and help you move into the next phase or lean into challenges. I am here to ask thoughtful questions and help you sort out your thoughts, emotions, and choices.

What Should I Expect During Coaching Sessions?

Like traditional counseling sessions, we may talk about what is happening in your life that led you to seek coaching, but we will focus our sessions on finding solutions for specific problems and always keep an eye to the future.

  • Would you like to figure out how to lean into your life in a more productive or successful way wherever you are in life right now?
